I work as a speech therapist at hospital and decided to join this master programme when I realized that I display great interest in stroke and neurological rehabilitation. The programme has caught my eye in the first place as it offers a comprehensive curriculum and caters a wide variety of professional backgrounds.  The diversity of subjects and practicum workshops help deepen my knowledge, understand clinical features of patients with neurological disease and the roles of other healthcare professionals.  I have become better equipped to work at rehabilitation stroke unit and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.  The course also encourages students to develop evidence-based practice and keep abreast of the advances in the field of clinical neurosciences.  "The learning experience did not only fulfill intellectual curiosity, but also offered us opportunity to meet excellent, inspiring doctors and very helpful administration staff who encourage free interaction and fun learning."  This is one of the most rewarding experiences I had in my life as it allows me to gain a wider perspective, build confidence and pursue my career passion.  I would highly recommend this programme to those who wish to grow professionally and explore their interests in any aspect of clinical neurosciences.
